Q&A 1. Q: Why is the playing time not enough for 15 hours?

A: After the T6 Plus speaker is shipped from the factory, there is only a small amount of power, about 20-30% (for transportation safety), if you receive the package, it is recommended to charge the speaker before use. After the test, when the speaker volume and device adjustment reaches 50% of the total volume, the battery will last 15 hours. The specific duration depends on changes in the environment, such as ambient temperature, speaker volume and connected devices.

2. Q: Why is it not rated 40W?

A: After authoritative research and testing, the output power of the T6 Plus can reach 40 W. Please note that this is the absolute peak power. At the same time, we should understand that when the speaker reaches the peak of maximum power, the sound quality is not the best. When all audio products of the same type on the market reach their maximum output power, the sound will be distorted to varying degrees. To enjoy the perfect sound quality, we should adjust the volume in the range of 40-70%. At the moment, the sound quality of the speaker is the best.

3. Q: Can I immerse the speaker in the water?

A: The T6 Plus speaker is IPX6 waterproof and works well in normal wet conditions such as rain, but please don’t put the speaker in the water!

4. Q: Why is the volume control wheel not accurate?

A: This phenomenon mainly appeared in the first batch of products, but it will not have a big impact on the quality of the speakers. 5. Q:The bass is too much, what should I do?

A:The equalizer can be changed into 3 sound modes to suit any type of music (Vocal, 3D Deep Bass and Extra Bass) according to your wishes, all you need is an “EQ” button to control your musical effects. The default effect is Vocal without the indicator. The 3D deep bass effect lights up with the white indicator while the extra bass effect with the green indicator.
