Q: Why is the screen blurry and there’s no 1080P effect?
A: It depends on your software supports. When the camera uses some video calling software to watch online,the video call software will automatically use a smaller resolution(640*480) for compression transmission, so there’s no clear 1080P when viewing locally. If you use Zoom software, please go to software setting page — video setting — check “Enable HD” option and save it. It’ll fortify the image quality.
Q: Why does my USB camera plug into my computer and a pop-up window shows that the device is not recognized?
A: 1.Select “Manage” in the right-click menu of “My Computer” and select “Computer Management (Local)” → “System Tools” → “Device Manager” in the pop-up window. 2.Then see if there is “Camera” or “USB Video Device” displayed in large window on the right. 3.If there is a display, it means that computer has recognized the USB camera and can be utilized in most cases. 4.If your computer has a built-in camera, please disable that one firstly. On Windows 10, right click the start button—go to device manager– look for Cameras–click on the little arrow next to it. You must see two devices, your integrated camera and the one you bought which says HD Camera. Right click on your integrated camera and you must be given an option that says disable device.
Q: Can this camera use beauty filters or adjust the picture effect(Such as brightness, contrast, saturation, warm and cold colors, etc.)?
A: This desktop camera only has two functions of video and microphone intercom. The processing effect of these video pictures depends on whether the video call software used supports.
Q: The USB webcam doesn’t work.
A: Please check the USB Port –Poor contact or Loosen. When the USB is connecting to the computer, It’ll install the driver automatically.
